So I left Luquillo…the water was incredible but the sun was intolerable.
I’ll be back next year for some more sun and fun! Luquillo Rocks!
I’m now at Pollo Tropical which is the McDonald’s of Spanish fast food. I
first saw this fast food chain in Florida a few years back and now it’s in
Puerto Rico. If it can make it in Puerto Rico, it should do well in NY if
it ever comes.

This morning I took a walk through Hectors’ families property. They own
appx. 90 acres of land and have trees of all varieties. I took a pic here
of one of the guineo (banana) trees.
