Well, guess what?! My podcast was accepted into Ipodder.org and is listed in the sports section under the baseball catergory!
I’m really excited about this and I can’t wait to start my research to get my next recording done. I’m hoping to sound a bit more enthusiastic on the next recording. After listening to the original recording, I realized that I shouldn’t record after just having jumped out of bed. So, the next podcast will be a lot more exciting with a lot more content and I really just can’t wait!
Thanks for reading…

Well, I haven’t posted in a while but I’m back and I’m doing something new! I have just created my first recording of NY Yankee Pod. It’s a podcast that will contain updated news about the New York Yankees. Stats, disabled list, player of the week, a few trivia questions about the Yankee players and much, much more.
You can add the feed to Ipodder by adding the following link:
NY Yankee Podcast Feed

I have submitted the podcast for consideration to ipodder.org and Podcastalley.com. I hope that it gets picked up by one or better yet, both of them!
Thanks for reading and hopefully for listening!

I haven’t had the time to log in a few days! Actually, it’s been more like a couple of weeks! So, this is my week with my kids. It’s the week that I sleep the best and feel the happiest when I’m awake!
Last night I decided to try and cook rice and beans for the first time in my life. For those of you that don’t know it, rice and beans is pretty much what Puerto Ricans live off of. I have to say that I did a damn good job! The rice came out perfect (I made a little too much) and the beans were on the money. I threw in a little salad for the kids (I don’t eat salad) and we had a pretty decent home cooked Puerto Rican style meal!
p.s. right now I’m having cafe con leche, it’s Puerto Rican style coffee. I’ve become pretty good at making that just right also. 🙂
Anyway, gotta get the kids outta here and to school on time…

So yesterday I was out shopping, and was in a nicer section of the city. As I was walking out, Spike Lee walked in asking them if they carried iPod cases. Now this store doesn’t currently carry iPod cases, and if they did none of us would be able to afford them anyways. But none the less, extremely cool to see Spike Lee. Of course now the owner of a camera phone, do I remember to take a pic, no 🙁

I ordered a few books today. One is from my favorite author, John Grisham. The title is “The Broker”. I usually can’t put his books down until I’m finished with them. Another book I ordered is the very controversial book written by former MLB player, Jose Canseco. The title to that book is “Juiced”. It’s all about the controversy of steroids and MLB players. He names many players who he claims have “Juiced” it up, right along side him in the same locker room! He names stars like Mark McGuire, Jason Giambi, Ivan Rodriguez and many more! It should be a good read. The other few books are from a spanish author named Nicholasa Mohr.
Oh yeah…I also ordered the cd from Ray Charles called “Genius Loves Company”. It was nominated for a bunch of awards in the grammys and took home quite a few of them.

Johnson: The Big Unit gives the Yankees the bona fide No. 1 starter they were desperately missing in the ALCS against the Red Sox. Johnson will love the run support his new team will surely give him, making him a surefire bet for a 20-win season.
Pavano: The right-hander hit the jackpot after a breakout year with the Marlins, signing a four-year deal with the Yankees. Pavano may be getting top-of-the-rotation money, but the 29-year-old won’t have to be any more than the No. 3 starter.
Wright: A year in Atlanta rejuvenated the right-hander’s career, prompting the Yankees to sign him to a three-year contract. Wright will be the No. 4 or 5 starter, so the pressure won’t be what it was last year with the Braves.
Stanton: The Yankees never replaced him with another reliable lefty after he left in the winter of 2002, so Stanton returns in 2005 as the team’s only southpaw reliever.
Felix Rodriguez: Although Stanton is the bullpen’s only lefty, Rodriguez may emerge as a specialist against left-handed hitters, as his .192 opponents’ batting average against lefties is nt.
Martinez: The Yankees let Martinez leave after 2001 in order to sign Giambi. Now, Martinez returns to play first as Giambi works his way back from injury and controversy.
Womack: The veteran second baseman replaces Miguel Cairo, giving the Yankees a little more speed at the top (or bottom) of the batting order.
Rey Sanchez: He steps into the utility infielder role occupied by Enrique Wilson since 2001.
