2008 is for me!

As promised to myself, I started my workouts again this morning. My goal is to be in MUCH better shape by my 38th b-day. I did the bike, treadmill and stretching this morning…ate a healthy breakfast and plan on continuing the healthy eating habits.

I will be doing cardio 5-6 days a week in the mornings. Let’s see how it goes. 🙂
